If you are interested in our services, please contact us to set up a new client consultation. Before the appointment, we ask that you print out and fill out the appropriate forms (located below). These forms will be collected at the meet and greet. We will also go over your pet’s care and where everything is located. After the appointment, we will set you up in our system called Time to Pet that will then send you a welcome e-mail, so you can activate your account. In this system, you can update your information as well as schedule and pay for services. Prior to any scheduled services, we will contact you to pick up a set of keys which will be returned to you upon your return. We feel this is the safest way and will give you peace of mind. We ask that you notify us when you return home, so we know that you are home safe and to ensure that your pets don’t go uncared for if you get delayed. We will add any necessary visits that are needed. After we are assured that you are home safely, we will send out the invoice for the services via e-mail (if necessary, we can regular mail it too).
